It’s my Lion’s Gate Birthday

It’s my Lion’s Gate Birthday & I can snooze if I want to!
And so can you…

Yes, I, admittedly, am a typical Leo, in that I’m not ashamed to let people know it’s my birthday.
But I also am aware that this particular day (Lion’s Gate-see below) tends to feel more fulfilling to me, when I’m in the spirit of giving, rather than getting (which can be very different from receiving, but that’s another blog for another day). Giving a gift makes the getting icing, frosting, and sprinkles on top of an already baked cake.
So, let me start by giving thanks…to YOU…for being a blessing in my life….in the wonderful, unique and delightful way that you are. Whether or not you are someone I talk with on a regular basis, or if you share your dreams with me every once in a special while, you have enriched my life and my dreams, and I would not be who I am today if it weren’t for you…so THANK YOU!
To show my thanks, here’s a gift, from my heart, to yours:
Let’s unwrap this together, shall we…
Over the last few months, I’ve been working with an amazing company called PERFORMANCE TEA. We’ve aligned forces because of our joint vision is to help people get a better night’s sleep(if you don’t sleep, you don’t dream!) Especially during this pandemic, when most of us need a better sleep more than ever.
I’ve created a package of 21 sleep-time (snooze) meditations for them, and starting next month, they will sell for $100, but, in the spirit of my birthday, I’m giving them to you (and yours) for FR*EE. My hope is that you’ll try them out for 21 consecutive nights, and that you’ll let me know how they’ve positively affected your sleeping and dreaming.
Feel free to pay this gift forward by sharing this link (http://www.kellysullivanwalden.com/snooze/with anyone you know who could use a deeper night’s sleep and greater dream recall.
As you dive into these meditations, you might be moved to integrate the Snooze Tea into your nightly ritual, to enhance sleeping and dreaming. There’s no obligation to do this, however, I have to say, on the nights when I drink this tea at bedtime, my sleep and dreams are deeper and more deeply enriching.
Not to mention, you get a 20% discount on the tea for being part of the 21 Day Snooze Meditation Challenge.
Ok, here’s the details:
  • These meditations are designed to help you get a better night’s sleep and remember your dreams.
  • If you drink the tea, do so about 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime (click here to find out more about this incredible, plant and CBD based tea that I’ve been taking to get a better night’s sleep).
  • Listen to one meditation per night, in order, as you go to sleep, once you’re tucked into bed.
  • It’s OK if you fall asleep before they finish (that means they’re doing their job ).
  • Let me know about your experience!
  • If you like it, share this link with your friends: http://www.kellysullivanwalden.com/snooze/
  • Remember, starting in September, these meditations will cost $100, but, for when you sign up this August, you can enjoy them for FREE!
May you be birthed into the next best version of yourself by getting a better night’s sleep, and having sweeter dreams!
Here’s more info about Lion’s Gate from Christiane Northrup
Every year on August 8, there is a cosmic alignment called the Lion’s Gateway, or the Lion’s Gate. This occurs when the sun is in the astrological sign of Leo (the Lion), and when Earth and the star Sirius (representing abundance and fertility) align. The zodiac sign Leo is associated with the heart center and represents your individual expression of the Divine.
Astrologically, Lion’s Gate is a time of increased cosmic energy flowing between the physical and spiritual realms. Symbolically, the infinity signs (8-8), coupled with the 2 archetypal lions of the past and future, make this all about more fully awakening our Divine light.
No matter where Leo is in your birth chart, the energies associated with the Lion’s Gateway and alignment are powerful and transformative because they feed into the “I am” aspect of your highest self–the embodiment of the Divine in physical form. The best way to work with these energies is to clear whatever is blocking the flow of Divine energy in your body and your daily life. You may need to clean up your diet to allow this energy to permeate your cells. Or perhaps you need to employ practices to help clear your chakras of stagnant energy to allow for transformation.
Here is one practice you can try:
Stand outside barefoot facing the early morning or late afternoon sun. Place your left foot slightly in front of your right. Hold your palms in a receiving position. Imagine the energy of the Sun pouring into your body from above and imagine the Earth’s energy being pulled up right into your heart. Allow your body to be a vessel for higher-vibration energies and set your intent to receive them.
Say out loud or to yourself: “I am a wide-open vessel for the transforming and life-giving energy of the sun. I gratefully receive this energy fully and completely.”
