The Art of Having it All

The Art of Having it All

I’m sure you’ve heard the quote: “You can have whatever you want…just not all at once.”
On that note, my Dreams Unzipped interview today is either going to:
  1. Royally piss you off
  2. Confuse the beejeebers out of you
  3. Totally inspire you
  4. All of the above (and maybe all at once)
I can’t wait to hear your response!

On the stiletto heels of several highly successful and influential women coming forth with the assertion that it is NOT POSSIBLE for women to have it all, and that in fact, attempting to do so is detrimental to our well-being, author and uber-successful life-coach, Christy Whitman presents a radically different point of view: Not only is it possible for a woman to create everything she desires in every aspect of her life, but to settle for anything less is to deprive her of the exhilaration, joy, expansion and freedom of becoming all that she is capable of being.

Christy is outraged by the foothold of lack and limitation that has taken root in the minds of so many American women. She believes this mindset of limitation and scarcity contributes significantly to the depression that afflicts so many women, causing them to give up pursuing their deeper dreams and to resign themselves to a life of mediocrity.
In our interview today we going to talk about, you guessed it, “The Art of Having it All”…

I’ll challenge Christy about how women who think they should have it all (all at once) often suffer with adrenal burn out because of their astronomical expectations that rarely get met.

And I’ll share how I use dreams (the nocturnal kind) as a guide to navigate us to the most soulful life possible…one in which the soul (not the ego) is in the driver’s seat.
Here’s more questions (among others) I’ll explore with Christy:
  • What are the “secrets” of creating more abundance?
  • How do our beliefs limit the amount of abundance we create, and – more importantly – how can we change our beliefs so we can create more?
  • What are some of the most common beliefs that limit women in particular?
  • What is the key to “having it all” in an internal sense?
  • What if your life is far from “having it all” (i.e. you’ve just lost your job, or been struggling for years to lose that extra 20 pounds or find your soulmate?
We’ll share more about this on my #DreamsUnzipped show today, Friday, 10-11am PST–If you want to LISTEN LIVE go to:
