Big news! ✨My long-awaited Tedx talk is finally out! 🎉

Doing a TED talk has been a bucket list dream of mine for well over a decade. TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) conferences began in 1984, but the iconic TED Talks, as we know them today, emerged in 2006.

Suffice it to say, doing this TED talk has been a true milestone...a step toward mainstreaming dreams--something I (obviously) feel incredibly passionate about. Because dreams speak the language of soul, when I envision the whole world 🌎 dreaming, remembering their dreams, being enlivened by their dreams, and sharing dreams with each other, I envision a more dream-like world. One in which people are operating more often as their soul-fueled selves.

So, even if this TEDx talk inspires one person to no longer take their dreams lying down, this is a moment worth celebrating, and I want you to join me 🌟

Since its release a few days ago, the question I’ve been asked most often is:

“If I’m not already in the habit of recording my dreams, how can I start?”

There are countless ways, but one idea lit me up...something fun, simple, and doable together...and since my new book Dreamifesting comes out in just over 30 days, I thought I'd create...Drumroll please...🥁🥁🥁

The #30DayDreamChallenge

This is a playful way to spark the habit of recording your dreams and uncovering the treasures they hold every day for 30 days. If you feel moved to post about them on social media, use the hashtag #30DayDreamChallenge and #Dreamifesting

In the meantime, if it tickles you, email me back simply:

"I want to be a part of the #30DayChallenge."

I’ll share more about this soon. For now… begin recording your dreams in the morning (or if you already are, up the ante by putting your dreams through JET SET to see what they mean.)

If you don't yet know what JET SET is, it's a dream recording worksheet--one of the gifts you receive for pre-ordering Dreamifesting.

If it speaks to you, or if my TED talk inspires you, I’d be so grateful if you’d like, comment, and share it with anyone who could use some dream inspiration.
