Heaven Help Us Now šŸ™šŸ»ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹ Calling All Dreamers

What a time to be alive. And what a time to be a dreamer.

As you know, yesterday was National Dream Day, and I hope you used it as inspiration to dream beyond your ordinary comfort zone. Not only the dreams that come at night, but the dreams you feed your life with.

Before sleep, try asking:

Show me the insight or action that will help me make the most of the challenges and opportunities of these times.

The state of the world—personally, politically, and beyond—is asking something of all of us. Dreams can help guide the way.

I have a few announcements and hope you’ll read all the way through and join me in these next steps.

First:

In the spirit of springtime and new beginnings, I’m shifting my longer written posts to Substack. I’ll still be sharing frequently on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, but my deeper reflections and longer pieces will live there.

You're welcome to subscribe for free.

And if you choose to become a paid subscriber ($8/month), know that I include bonus gifts with almost every post—meditations, insights, and offerings that often add up to far more than the subscription itself.

Second:

Today is my husband Dana’s birthday. A couple of weeks ago, he released a song he wrote called ā€œHeaven Help Us Now.ā€ It’s an anthem for the times we’re living in, and he created a beautiful music video to accompany it.

It came straight from the heart, as an offering to the human family during these complex times. I hope you’ll give it a listen.

Third:

The audiobook version of Dreamifesting is now available. Even though it’s not my voice reading the book, the actor Lesley Howard did an incredible job bringing it to life.

Many of you who are listening have told me how powerful it is to absorb the teachings this way. Audiobooks are such a wonderful way to metabolize wisdom while keeping up with the pace of daily life. Click below to hear a free sample:

Fourth:

The next Dreamifesting-LIVE is coming up next month and it’s not too late to join! A few spaces are left if you want to learn the secrets to allowing your nighttime dreams to manifest your daytime desires join us!

Fifth:

Yesterday I recorded a new episode of the Dreamifesting Podcast with director and creativity coach Elizabeth Blake-Thomas.

She shared a powerful nightmare about a snake that, as we explored it, revealed hidden jewels within the dream.

It felt deeply relevant for the times we’re living in. We can’t simply shove the nightmare away. We need tools to alchemize difficulty, or else our pain and frustration can harden us.

The real gift comes through releasing what we’re holding, so we can stay present—awake, responsive, and fully alive—meeting life with the sovereignty of our fullest bandwidth.
