In the swirl of all the hysteria about the coronavirus, I had an amazing conversation with Dr. Mark Ruskin, an acupuncturist and doctor of Chinese medicine in Santa Barbara. He said the best defense against coronavirus is to #BoostTheHost.

According to research documented in an article featured in The Telegraph (a UK newspaper), it’s proven that meditation has benefits for health and performance, including improved immune function, reduced blood pressure and enhanced cognitive function.

In the spirit of looking for a solution, and dreaming a new dream, I thought I’d do my part and create this meditation dedicated to boosting the host—strengthening your immune system so you can be the most vital, healthy version of yourself you can be.

And who knows, when all of this blows over, you might discover yourself to be a healthier version of yourself then before this started.
