I play every Saturday on a very difficult golf course and am a 13 handicap. I am about half way through the program. My last 10 rounds before starting the program were 88, 93, 87, 85, 83, 86, 88, 92, 93 & 85. I've played 3 times since starting the program my scores have been 83, 80 & 81. If you are struggling to break 100 this isn't going to make you shoot in the 80's, but it will help you play up to your current potential. Thus far I haven't seen that it will fix a fundamental swing problem but it does make it easier to spot what you are doing wrong much earlier. How many of us figure out what we're doing wrong on the 16th hole and play fine after that.

The best way I can explain what you will get from the program is this. We have those times when we play "lights out"; your friends say you're playing out of your head or way above your ability. Sometimes we stay at level for several holes; how many of us have shot 40 on the front and our evil twin shows up and we shoot 55 on the back? This program helps you keep your evil twin at bay. I've found I tend to stay in the zone where you're really not thinking about anything when you swing other than where the ball needs to go and the ball seems to go there.

You will still hit some bad shots like you do now just not as many and they don't bother you as much so they don't impact your score as much. I've found I don't have the triples and quads anymore when I get in trouble, rather a bogey and rarely a double. I stay more centered, grounded & focused. I am not a long hitter (230 - 250 off the tee) but I am accurate, I've found that thus far my distance still isn't as good as I'd like (slightly longer off the tee) but my accuracy has increased substantially. I have had two eagles in the past two weeks on two different par 4's: one from about 95 yards and one from 155. It made my strengths stronger.

I'd recommend that you pull the matrix from the website to show how to do the program and download all the scripts to your I-pod before starting them do them in the order suggested. I find the best time to listen to them is in the morning because if I do it at night I tend to go to sleep in them. I can't recommend the program highly enough. It Works & I recommend it highly!
