I’ve had a series of Ahas lately that all seem to come from the same place within me. When I try to describe this delicious, dreamy place within from where this clarity and guidance pours forth, it seems to want to be called the D-Spot. Permit me to attempt to describe this new/old place within that has me gushing…

What is the D-spot? It sounds suspiciously like the G-Spot…

Yes, there is a similarity between the G-Spot and the D-Spot. The G-spot functions as a button that when pressed sends a woman quivering over the moon in sexual ecstasy…it is a deep, full-bodied response, a vibration that shakes her to her core and ripples out igniting all within her wake. The location and function of the G-spot is mysterious for many, yet not for those who take the time to understand the terrain.

The D-Spot is the G-Spot’s emotional/spiritual/psychological counterpart. It is the intersection of our greatest desires, nighttime dreams and highest destiny. Like the G-Spot, the D-Spot is mysterious, yet when we learn it’s terrain the D-Spot will become an active vibration that informs and inspires all that we do, think about, and create in our daily life.

The D-Spot, put simply is a dream sandwich. Here’s the recipe:

You start with a Dream, goal or intended desire as your first piece of zesty bread. You layer it with gobs of imagination, visualization, and concentration. Marinate your consciousness in the delicious resonance of your completed goal for thirty seconds. In this way you are becoming a vibrational match for your dream to easily and gracefully connect with you.

The meat of the sandwich is piled high with the inspired action--action that is dripping with the essence of the completed dream/goal itself.

Unlike most food, it is suggested that you feast on as much of this “Dream Sandwich” as you possibly can. The more the merrier. In fact, it is recommended that you go to bed on a full stomach so that you can connect with this feeling tone as you drift off to sleep.

The second piece of bread (so far this has been an open-faced sandwich) is your nighttime dreams. When you awaken in the morning, capture as many details from your “dream time” as you possibly can. Write your dreams down, analyze them, and take the cues that your subconscious mind and soul are communicating to you. This expedites the process of fulfilling your wishes and desires (and it is calorie free!)
